Ive played it on hardest level and its impossible!!! Hell its hard on easy!! However, my friend somehow managed to complete it. You also only have the plasma cutter and not capable of upgrades.
My friend is a bit of a PC geek and his created a Dead Space mod where Isac is butt naked and so gets killed instantly with one slash from a big necromorph or slowed down heavily if hit by a baby necromorph.
